• Your name and email address (via Google Sign-In)
• Google account profile information
• Google Calendar access token (only when you grant permission)
• Event and participant data you enter into the platform

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you via Google Sign-In
• To sync events to your Google Calendar when you explicitly request it
• To manage event registrations, badges, and participants
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

4. Google Calendar Access

When you log in with Google, we request access to your Google Calendar (calendar.events scope). This allows you to sync your events from our platform directly to your Google Calendar. We only create or read events — we never delete your calendar data. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored only for the purpose of syncing calendar events. We do not store your Google password.

• You can request deletion of your account and data at any time
